“Early to bed, and early to rise, makes a person, healthy, wealthy and wise.”
I am sure, we all have heard about this quote, innumerable number of times, through our parents, grandparents, teachers and others.
And, we have also followed it, especially when we were children or students.
But, as people grow up, they don’t usually follow this any longer.
The reasons can be so many, late nights at work, or outings, or television watching, or Internet surfing etc. etc.
But, the fact remains that the early morning persons, seem more cheerful, healthy, with positive thoughts.
Some may argue otherwise, but I have often observed it that mornings are the best time to spend with Nature, which in turn is therapeutic for us.
Just looking at the early morning blossoms, the birds chirping, the quietness around is good for the human senses.
You just have to make up your mind, to wake up early, and look out of your window.
You will be drawn towards the happy birds, happy flowers, and serenity in the Nature.
